Device plugged in but Windows Update said"Plug in your device to ...
As you can see, this is a firmware update. How is it possible that already plugged in device but still says"Plug in". I also disabled the option to install manufacturer's update (Dell) from"advanced system settings" and capsule firmware updates from UEFI. My laptop is a Dell Vostro 3405, processor Ryzen 5 3500u with radeon mobile gfx, 8GB ram.

Firmware Update Causing Restart - Microsoft Community
Firmware updates come through Windows Update, we don't have anything Lenovo installed on them. It would help if Windows let you cancel the restart, these laptops are ridiculously slow so the 2-minute window to do anything is more like 20 seconds.

Cannot update brand new Lenovo laptops to Windows 11 24H2
There has been no notification that the 24H2 update is blocked on Lenovo systems, check id there is a WD or Sandisk SSD in those devices, that may be causing the block. If not, the most successful method to install version 24H2 is to use the Windows 11 ISO.
